We accept eligible return requests made within seven calendar days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as disclosed on this website. Please contact JiaZhao Customer Support before sending any item back.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and included items. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted. Personalized, custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Return shipping costs
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and similar fees are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The buyer remains responsible for the returned item until it is delivered to the return address below.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within seven calendar days after we receive the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. Payment-provider processing times may vary.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact JiaZhao Customer Support directly through our Contact Us page. Our support team will review the situation with you.
How to request and send a return
Email jiazhaoyxgs@gmail.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
